Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order through our website is an offer to buy the products in your basket. A contract between us is only formed once we confirm your order (for example, by email) or dispatch your items, whichever happens first. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, in which case you will receive a full refund for that order.

Products, Pricing & Availability

Every item is handcrafted, so slight variations in appearance between what is pictured and what you receive are normal and not a fault. All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to ensure prices and product information are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Ingredients & Allergens

Ingredient and allergen information is provided on individual product pages. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please check this information carefully and contact us before ordering if you have any doubts.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timeframes and costs are shown at checkout and on our FAQs page. Risk in the products passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you provided. Please make sure your delivery details are correct, as we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

As our products are handmade and perishable, we can only accept returns where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Limitation of Liability
